Just how to Delete a send to option.....etc. ?
I came across a old post, I think on forum that recommended placing the following in the search bar, and because it's me, I didn't understand some of the terminology!!
I entered :- C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\SendTo
Window appeared saying cannot find.
Is that the correct input code?
O.K., what have I got stuck in there I want to get rid of / or change?
I was downloading a number of new programs to see what they were like, etc.
Then I received a batch of unwanted 'nasties' who decided to party in my system.
Throwing caution to the wind, and other things, I uninstalled the most recent downloads, in case it was one of those who had sent out the invitations.
One of the programs was Evernote, cannot remember if trial copy or not!
After uninstalling it through the channel in control panel, I have been finding 'bits' of it everywhere. Including in the 'Send To' pane.
I have searched for the link to it in files and folders, no luck, I may be looking in the wrong place? Although according to the tag on Send To it is somewhere in Public/Desktop, no it isn't!!
So please your help and guidance would be appreciated. Thank You.
