Hey,
I have had a Dell Inspiron 1545 for about one and a half years and I had to restore it to its factory settings last night for some unknown cause. Anyways, the computer runs perfect again, but periodically when I browse new websites and the site is loading, although quickly, the task bar on the bottom flashes from a light gray back to normal. Once the page is loaded within about 2 seconds, it doesn't flash. Sometimes it doesn't even flash at all.
What is this problem and how can I fix it?
