looks like somethings up. considering a lot of your icons are gone and ur AV says you got malware. maybe try system restoring. wouldnt hurt....

Hello and yes I agree 100% with rich and I would download MALWAREBYTES right away and get it scanning, plus run a full AV on the whole system before doing anything else becasue if your infected you don't want to do a lot until that is taken care of.

Plus follow rich's advice to the letter and you will get through this just fine.

Don't use system restore at the moment as you may just install the malware back again.
Malwarebytes
Free version is all you need but you need to do this first.

    Weakest part of my computer is the graphics chipset. Only ever used a laptop. Also use USB Freeview TV Card Lenovo Docking Station External Speakers Other bits a pieces as needed
Your photo is showing that Avira is doing its job and trying to stop you from running an infected program.
I think after you remove the Malware with MalwareBytes and delete your old restore points you can safely make more restore points, but I would not trust any you have now.
