Hi there, my first post here and unfortunately that means I've got a big problem
.
I was trying to fix the sound on my computer and thought it was wise to do a system restore. However at the same time I was occupied keeping my dog away from wanting to play with me. Anyway I went to the Recovery Manager and next I knew I was re-installing my Vista. I tried to cancel it but it wasn't possible and I didn't want to force it to shut down because I feared that would damage the OS.
Now with Vista re-installed, it seemed to have deleted all my documents. I'm optimistic for a full or partial recovery but not sure what's the first step. Help...
