Solved Creating New User Profiles. Chg Default paths to Special Folders?

I have my laptop hard drive partitioned as 3 separate simple volumes.

The largest partition contains WinVista and programs. The second partition contains all my data files (D drive). I've got the Documents link pointing to D:\users\don\Documents. I've got Vista configured to read my personal desktop items (the ones accessible only from my user account) from D:\users\don\Desktop. etc etc.

I've got got an automated backup that backs up the entire contents of my D drive nightly.

Now the question is how can I make it so that when a new user is created, the new user has the same settings?

When I went from Vista to Seven, I wanted to test Easy transfer. I transferred setting (via easy transfer) from one account to a finger drive. Then to a new account. The second account was a copy of the first; desktop, setting, favorites etc. You can pick the settings that you want to tranfer. No cable is needed

You could do OPTION TWO towards the bottom of the tutorial below to set new user account's and it's user folders to be automatically created on the drive of your choice.
