Right-e-o...
The system's main Administrator account is working fine, but the Guest account and newly created accounts whether Standard or Administrator don't work properly.
It brings up the following message:
The User Profile Service failed the logon.
User profile cannot be loaded.
At first I thought it was something to do with this:

But it's not even creating new folders for the user accounts I create in C:\Users, nor is it adding any new SIDs to:
HKEY_LM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList
Any ideas anyone?
