DVD not working in my inspiron 1720

Hello i wonder if anyone can help me out i have a problem with my DVD RW in my Dell inspiron 1720 in the device manager it shows i have this DVD TSST corp DVD + RW TS-L632H ATA Device but Dell shows i have a GSA T21N 12.7 IDE DVD +/- RW my dvd worked fine when i installed my new McAfee Anti Virus now i hear it run when i put a dvd or cd in it but nothing comes up so in my works CAN ANY ONE HELP ME

Go to search type device manager, in device manager be sure that you have the correct driver. If not uninstall, go to the website and download the proper driver.
If the problem is tied into the Anti Virus. uninstall and use Microsoft Security its free and awesome.
