problem: installation package hpproductassist.msi

I am very new with computers so patience please.....
I have the toshiba windows vista 64 bit operating system and when I turn on my
computer a window pops up always displaying the news that " The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again or enter an alternate path to a folder containg the installation package hpproductassist.msi in the box below....there is only one address in that box below and when I click on it nothing happens and the above message continues to reappear. Could someone please explain to me ... step by step....how I get rid of this advisement? Thanks in advance for your kind patience. :sick:

Try a clean boot and see if problem continues. Either way report back

You may have an HP computer and thats just bloatware, but do what I said above

Run a full antivirus scan and download and run malwarebyts, full scan and updated.
