What is the easiest way to move a large number of email messages in the INBOX of my administrator account to the INBOX of my user account.

I went to the website suggested by your second email and followed the procedure outlined. Unfortunately due to one of the files the procedure broke down. So I simply emailed them to myself and opened them in the user account. It might have taken longer but it worked.
