hello all:
i have a vistro 1500 and i want when i close its lid the screen of laptop become off but laptop continue download from wifi connection.... my laptop go to lock screen but it not off...i want screen be off and when i move the mouse it go to lock screen

Am I right in thinking that you want your screen to turn off, but not your laptop? And that when you turn the screen on, it goes to the lock screen?

The issue isn't closing the lid, it is how the computer responds to being put to sleep (and awakening from sleep). That's what needs to be adjusted.
