I am unable to import video from a mini-DV Canon digital camcorder. I am using a firewall cable but i keep getting this error message "The video device is currently in use...". I do not have any other programs running. I have the latest driver for the camcorder. This is the first time I have tried to import video with this computer running Vista. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
