Empty Recycle Bin Grayed Out

When I right-click on my recycle bin icon on my desktop, Empty Recycle Bin is grayed out. When I open the recycle bin and click on File, the Empty Recycle Bin is still greyed out. What is going on here? BTW, checked all the forums and did not find an answer that worked for me...:cry:

Hi,

Right click on an empty space on your desktop & create a new text file.

Then delete it.
Now go to the recycle bin & see what you have now? You should be able to emty it!
