NETUSER please help

hello there need help please please please

yesterday theres no netuser account on my PC
today when i woke up i have this netuser on my account log in screen

i checked my control panel accounts but i only have mine...

this netuser have a password and i dont know what it is T_T
i think someone is hacking my PC T_T

questions masters:
how can i remove this netuser and protect my pc with this things T_T
please i really need help

Net user is the command for the secret hidden administrator. See if you can disable
Built-in Administrator Account - Enable or Disable - Windows 7 Forums
For some reason it may have become corrupted and enabled.
Also check for malware
If this is not your situation just post.

I think that it is just what I said, but we can never be too careful with virus
Run a full antivirus scan
Download and run a full scan with malwarebytes. The full scan and update first.
