Welcome
You have to give yourself permissions Sharing and Permissions - Windows 7 Forums
It works the same way in 7. If you find difficulty in performing this task you may need ownership, too. If this is the situation, just post.
TQ.
i know , i have to take ownership everytime(after) installing software and i ***** it.i hope there will be a better solution to make windows installing/running the software like normal.
I am afraid to say that I don't quite understand you. Installing software is quite a lot more complex than people realise, as only sometimes it is about coping files. Other times it is about elevating, and sorting out issues with CBS and what not. What are you/do you actually take ownership of? Each individual folder? Take ownership and permissions of the entire Program Files folder, but I don't quite understand. If you can explain the situation, we may just know of a proper fix

What is happening? What we have done can be undone, but can I please ask what folder you did it on, although it should have caused no issues anyway? It should have been C:\Program Files\

I shall try to provide a screenshot soon. Not too easy to find one. However, this should fix the problem:
Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and right click on it and select Properties.
Under the Security tab, click Advanced.
Under the Owner tab, click Edit.
Click "Other Users and Groups".
Click Advanced.
Click "Find Now".
Scroll down and double click on Everyone.
Click OK FOUR times.
Click Edit (now on the standard file Property window under the Security tab).
Click Add.
Click Advanced.
Click "Find Now".
Scroll down and double click on Everyone.
Click OK.
Single click on Everyone and then tick the "Full Control" box under Allow.
Click OK TWO times.
I have changed it. The DENY permissions should only be removed once. If you have removed an Allow permission, EVERYONE will solve the issue. If you only removed the DENY permissions, then doing it again is not needed. All I am saying is that the above cannot make the situation worse (or at least definitely should not) and I think that it may help the situation.

EDIT: Just noticed my mistake with the folder. So sorry.
