F11 backup Reco Manager OK but files on C:\System Recovery Files

Hi,

I did a complete backup & successful (email, files etc.) from the F11 boot on a external disk drive.

Then my HP Pavillon went to maintenance.

Now I have a great new fresh VISTA and have sccessfully restored all my files from VISTA and they are all in "C:\System Recovery Files" with a Restorewiz.log file.

My question is: what is the next step to get all my files, emails etc. bacK; this is not clear on all vista forums?
