Hey guys, usually I post on Seven Forums but given I have a Vista-specific problem, I figured I would post it here.
I have an issue in Vista where shortly after a fresh install of Vista Business x64, every time I open a folder, it would open in its own window. I checked folder options, it's set to open in the same window. I read the tutorial on this very site, and checked all my settings. Everything right down to the registry entries are as they SHOULD be for opening a folder in the same window, but for whatever reason, they keep opening in their own windows. It's as if Windows itself decided to change how it behaves.
I admit I vLite'd my Vista Business disc originally so I thought I may have borked the OS by removing something I shouldn't have, but then I tried using the untouched disc, and the issue is still there. Any insight would be appreciated cuz I'm at a loss.
