transfer pictures to Windows Photo Gallery

I am in the process of transferring pictures from my cell phone to my email address. I want to transfer them to Windows Photo Gallery. Could someone help me with doing this?? I've looked at the options and cannot find out how. Thanks

Hi sparkync,
Once you have e-mailed them to yourself click on the attachments and choose Save which will automatically put them into Pictures. If you are using Windows Photo Gallery for the first time ... upon opening it it will ask you if you want to transfer your pictures inwhich case you say ... yes.
