password and username??

I have an email on windows mail and i think that somehow the browsing history wast deleted and my windows mail is suddenly started asking for my username and passward. I have forgotten my passward for my email considering i do not have to put it in each time i log on. I looked under the tools/ accounts/ servers and have tried that username and passward and have tried to change that passward but it is not working. I cannot send or recieve any emails. I have tried everything and have no idea what to do. please help!!!!

that is sumewhat what i was looking for but it does cost money and i am not positive that it will work. Therefore i would only use it as a last resort. any other ideas?

It is as free as the wind.
It is safe to use.
Used it many times.
My sister is always forgetting passwords.

Just download the zip to the desktop open it.
Good to go.

An other route to go is the e-mail itself.
Is it though ISP or google or yahoo or msn?
Just go to the web mail and click forgot password.
Of course this will send the password to the accout you used to set it up
when you did. If you remember that.
This could be a headache.
My first suggestion you will have it in 2 seconds.

If your account is a POP3 protocol account ( not hotmail or gmail ), call your ISP. They have your record. Everything.
