Infinite loading on boot problem. Only sometimes. How can I do?

As title, I have a problem with Vista Home Premium 64. Sometimes, the loading screen (that with the load bar) is infinite and never stop to load. I have checked the main HD with HD Tune Pro, but is not damaged.
I have also used CCLeaner, Advanced System Care, Windows Scandisk, but nothing change.
I have no problems when Vista run, never crash or other problems. My only problem is on the Vista loading screen and only sometimes, not always.

Have you installed or unistalled any software or hardware or drivers recently? What about Windows Updates - what has been installed since the problem began and were any of them driver updates? What is the manufacturer, make, and model of your computer and is it still under warranty? What percentage of the time would you say it occurs? So this happens only when starting after a shutdown - a restart works fine since it starts after that screen?

Do you know when this problem began? Try a System Restore to a point in time BEFORE the problem began. Here's the procedure: http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/76905-system-restore-how.html. Be sure to check the box to show more than 5 days of restore points. If the first attempt fails, then try an earlier point or two. NOTE: You will have to re-install any software and updates you installed between now and the restore point, but you can use Windows Update for the updates. Use the recovery disk if the system prompt doesn’t work. The recovery disk works a bit different from the above procedures but if you follow the prompts from the System Restore menu option with the above information you should be able to restore with no problems.

If the System Restore doesn't work, do a Startup Repair by booting to the genuine Windows Vista Installation Disk (or one you can borrow from ANYONE) or from a Recovery Disk with recovery options included on it. Here's the procedure: http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/91467-startup-repair.html. To boot to the CD you may need to change the BIOS to make the CD-drive first in the boot sequence. To do that, wait for the screen that tells you the F key to push to access the boot menu or boot setup. Push it quickly. Make the changes, save your work, and exit. Put the CD in the drive and reboot. When prompted, push any key to boot from the CD.

If you don't have either disk, you can make a bootable Recovery Disk using http://neosmart.net/blog/2008/windows-vista-recovery-disc-download/ along with burning software like: http://www.snapfiles.com/get/active-isoburner.html and, of course, a blank CD (perhaps made on a different computer or perhaps in safe mode with networking if that is working - or you can do it normally if you get your system to boot normally).

I hope one of these procedures works. If not, post back and we'll try some additional steps to try to identify the cause (at this point I'm not sure if it is hardware or BIOS or software) - and we may need to do some troubleshooting to find out.

I hope this helps. If not, please follow the instructions in http://www.vistax64.com/crashes-deb...th-bsod-posting-instructions.html#post1285630 which even though designed for BSOD problems, will still provide a great deal of information in this case as well and may help us identify the problem.

Good luck!

I can't make a system restore because this is an about 2 months old problem.
I tried to make a Startup Repair with Vista CD but it says that there aren't problems and so it don't repair.
I have NOT Blue Screen, but anyway I follow the BSOD instructions, and here are the files.

I realize you don't have a BSOD issue, but that process captures a great deal of information about how the system is operating and problems it is experiencing from the moment you hit the start button to the moment shutdown is complete and so is often helpful in identifying the cause of a problem like this even if it isn't generating a BSOD, but I didn't realize it would be in a foreign language so I can't read any of the files - so that didn't help.

Given the point at which the problem is occuring, it may be an issue with your BIOS. Go to the computer manufacturer's website (or the BIOS manufacturer's website) and get updated BIOS for your system - and be certain they are for your EXACT system and your EXACT operating system. Then upgrade them and see if that helps fix the problem.

If that doesn't work, let's test your RAM at http://www.memtest.org/. If it fails, test each chip individually to find those that are bad and replace them. If it passes, RAM is probably OK.

If that doesn't work, you may want to try the Driver Verifier Manager to see if you can identify the driver or device responsible (assuming that may be the cause): http://support.microsoft.com/kb/244617.

I hope this helps. If not, post back and we'll try to find some other options to determine the cause of this issue. I could still use the manufacturer, make, and model of the computer (so I can go to their website and research it to see if I can find anything to help us here).

Thanks and good luck!

What browser are you using (name and version)? When you say downloading doesn't work, what happens when you try? Do you get an error message (if so, what is it word-for-word)? Does it simply not start downloading or does it start and then freeze? Try downloading something different to see if it's an issue with that website or that file or with your ability to download in general. As a test, try downloading Autoruns (which is an excellent replacement for msconfig and not bad to keep though you can certainly uninstall it if you wish as this is only really for testing the downloading function of your system): Autoruns for Windows which is a Microsoft site and so should verify if you can download anything.

Good luck!

It's only a DFI site problem. Anyway, I have this bios from more than 1 year and I never had problems.
