My Autoplay has stopped working with my USB drive and my inbuilt memory card reader if I put a games disk in the dvd drive its fine, any ideas on what might be the problem and how I can fix it?

Will that turn my Autoplay back on? I also installed a few programs so am going to uninstall them and try plugging the USB drive in again, thanks for your help
