Hey there
I have a Toshiba Windows Vista laptop for about 2 years. For some reason, whenever I click on my taskbar, it freezes and says Windows Explorer is not responding. My other problem is that I notice that the volume icon is missing on my tray, and that whenever I restart the Windows Explorer because of it's not responding, I use the volume control on my laptop, and then my taskbar freezes again. It does sound complicated I know. If there is anyone that can help me it would be greatly appreciated.
