I have an external HDD that I have problems with. I originally had it as NTFS for Windows XP, I then I bought a Mac. I re-formatted to Mac OS Journal and since then have had probs. I have since attempted a full reformat back on Windows but have the following problem:
In Disk Management the disc is shown, but with no Path, or name. It shows as Healthy (GPT Protective Partition). When I 'right click' the ALL options except 'Help' are greyed out. I have started in safe mode as Administrator and I am still unable to do anything with the HDD at all. Any ideas please?
Cheers in advance!
