Zip File Crash - Opens Continously

What is causing this problem? Screens open continously and fill the lower portion with multiple boxes....:huh:Have to power down to stop crash!:cry:

That seems to be the better place for it (and the people why typically reply there are more experienced at dealing with crashes), so let's keep responses, replies, and follow-ups to that other thread and let this one just close out. Opening multiple threads on the same issue is against Forum guidelines. Moreover, it confuses things as responses and replies in one thread are not known to participants in the other thread so you may received duplicated suggestions or even incorrect suggestions because of that.

I am going to request that this thread be deleted or merged with the other thread.
