Solved Deleted 'Documents' folder

Hello,

I deleted my documents folder some time ago because, well because I just did okay. Anyway I had no use for it until now because I am trying to use 'windows fax & scan'. That program wont open because it is trying to connect to the documents folder that I deleted. I tried to restore it but it only goes back to action performed within the last 5 days. Is there anyway to get my documents folder back? Or is there any way to change 'windows fax & scan' so it attempts to access something else?
