Hi to everyone who reads this.
When I want do a CHKDSK on C, I get prompt to schedule this task the next time my pc boots, no problems here though.
But after booting up I don't see the CHKDSK-information displayed as it should in normal circumstances. My screen stays black during the CHKDSK Scan, whilst I believe the scan runs as it should be. I derive that thought from the fact that I had a disk surface issue, and after doing the CHKDSK scan the problem was gone.
So the only thing I'm lacking is the information while in progress.
Does anyone have a clue on how to fix that?
Thanks for your time and advice.
Best regards Carlo
