Solved Opposite sized icon problem than before

Hello again,

I seem to have unending icon problems. So far, all of the solutions given to me have worked. But I keep running into new situations that don't want to follow the advice I've been given.

Previously, I had asked how to increase icon size. Now, I've got an icon that wants to keep coming out too big.

It exists as a .png image (about 32X32 pixels). But when I convert it into an .ico file, its' size changes into a larger image (jumps to 48X48 pixels).

I simply want it to stay about 32X32 as it converts to an .ico file.

Does anyone know what I might be doing wrong?

Could you upload us the Image because it may be the Compression size when you are converting it and it may change to stop the Icon from looking distorted

Click on Post reply and then Manage attachments

Then Browse for you Picture

And click Upload then when it is Uploaded submit your Message and it will be Attached with your Post

OK, I just tried to upload these 3 pictures.

The blue car is the original and it is the size I want.

But I colored it red using Paint. But I still want it the size of the blue car.

The large red car is the size it came out to be when I tried to change it to an .ico file.

Did this info transmit OK to you?
