Pc memory problem : BIOME-1

Hello. Basically I have not much knowledge on computers. Recently, I encountered several "screen blackout" & "sudden restarts". Luckly, the most recent restarts, gave me a information on the error, BIOME-1.
I did a quick research on this and I realised it is window vista memory error, BIOME-1. However, I can't find a way to resolve this problem.
So could any experts aid me in this? I really appreciate the useful help anyone could provide. Thanks.

As you know, this generally means a memory problem exists.

First, remove your RAM chips and reseat them securely to make sure you have a good connection and the problem isn't simply that one or more have come loose. Then check to see if the problem persists. If so, read on.

Try the following tutorial to test your system's memory: http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/65361-memory-diagnostics-tool.html.

After that, you should also test your RAM at http://www.memtest.org/. If it fails, test each chip individually to find those that are bad and replace them.

Once you've completed these tests, please post back with the results. Please also include the manufacturer, make, and model of your computer.

I hope this helps at least identify the cause of the problem (or that reseating the chips works or that you identify and replace a bad chip and that solves the issue).

Good luck!

Hmm, is there any other ways other then opening my CPU and the removal of Ram chips? Certainly I need to fix this error by myself (without sending it for repair), but I'm not experience in it, thus, I would probably list operating on RAM chips my last resort. So is there any other ways?
On the other hand, I ran Memory Diagnostic Tool. Strangely, it didn't detect any errors.
And I did tried to use memtest to test my com's memory, however quite complicated for me, resulting with unsuccessful attempts =/

If you are uncomfotable with reseating the ram, you can ignore that, at least for now.
The next time that you experience the problem go to search type the words event viewer and look for errors, that occured at the time of the problem. We may get a lead from that angle.
It is possible that the memory is under heavy stress. Maybe from something that you do not even know that you have.
Run an anti virus scan
Download and run malwebytes, run the full scan but update first.
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php
Download and take a screen shot of process explorer.
http://download.cnet.com/Process-Explorer/3000-2094_4-10223605.html

Lets take a look at what is using the memory.

Although the malware and virus scan may lead us down a blind alley, lets be sure and it is always good to run those scans. You may have malware, even if not the cause of this problem.

Thank you for both of your helps. It certainly helped me in one way or another. After using the malwarebytes, it removed some other problems in my com. Like you said, " You may have malware, even if not the cause of this problem " , I guessed that's true. But as for now, I hope the problem still didn't persist. If it does, sure I would need some guidance again. So till next time guys, and once again thank you for your help.
