Folders are all messed up, Help please.

Hey there, im pretty new to this so im unsure if ive posted this in the correct section. If not then i opologise.

A few days ago, i accidently moved my 'Downloads' folder into 'My Documents' and i cant get it back to the default place.

And for some reason, now when i open up the 'Downloads' folder, i need to work my way through 6 folders named 'Downloads' before i can get to my stuff.

Ive tried searching on the interent and asked friends, but nobody seems to be able to help. Its driving me nuts :(

All help would be very appreciated

Just click on the upper right, the snowflake like icon (its a scale), then give a reason. I really did not do much, though.
