forgotten password for windows vista's administrator account

hi all, i have a problem which i cant solve myself i need advise and steps on how to fix this.

I have an administrator account ( full access ) and a guest account ( cant access to anything which requires administrator password) on my comp.
So i have 2 accounts but now i have forgotten the password for my administrator account .i can only access to guest account which i cant do anything without an administrator password.Is there anyway that i can get into my main administrator account and disable or change the account password?i cant do that with guest account.Anyone can help?

pls help me out as i am running out of ways to fix this.

You can use the reset disc that you create in METHOD THREE in the tutorial below to reset the password.
