Vista icons have wrong pictures

So, my computer came out of hibernate and All of my icons have weird pictures in front of them, like they were from windows 95 or something, I've rebuilt my icon cache like 5 times now and nothing has helped. Some of my desktop icons are okay like the recycle bin, but all of my folders in my documents and almost every other file has the bad icon.

Thanks for the help guys but I just found my problem. The alienware guise theme manager that I tried like 2 months ago, for some reason messed up the icons now...I'm not sure how that worked but its fixed now. Sorry to waste your time. and, how do I say this is solved?
