No Auto Play

I am running Windows Home Premium Edition X64 bit SP2. When I insert a CD or DVD into my disc drive my discs do not start automatically. I have to manually go to MY COMPUTER and select the drive where the devise is loading. In CONTROL PANEL after selecting AUTO PLAY icon I checked "use auto play for all media devises". This feature used to work, but it no longer does. Hopefully some of you have had this problem and have solved it. Thank you for your help., :D

My Computer

Go to start search box and type regedit
look for the following key and check its setting.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Cdrom > Autorun

Set reg D Word value to 1

EDIT Don't change anything else!
