blank.scr has stopped working error

Forgive my ignorance, but I am new here and not sure how to start a thread on this subject.

Often times when I type the first letter in a search box or some form field, a box pops up.

Does anyone know anything about this type of error? Serious help will be greatly appreciated. This error is annoying, but doesn't seem destructive.

A .scr File is a Screen Saver file but the Blank part isn't meant to be there.

What do you have your Screen Saver set to?
