installation date

Hi,

Sorry for quite silly question. I need to find out the date of installation of Service Pack 1. Currently I am running SP2 installation date of which is given in Programmes and Features under Installed Updates. However, I cannot see Service Pack 1 for Microsoft Windows (KB936330) listed there. Is there a way of finding out the SP1 installation date? Thanks.

After each Service Pack (SP) is released it is integrated into its respective Windows and released as a "new" product (for lack of a better term) and released to the manufacturers and the public, to make a long story short, if your PC was installed with such a version there'll be no SP 1 "installation date" because it was never serarately installed.
I hope I made this understandable.
