Strange line.

There is a rectangular line across my screen just above the taskbar. It is a blurred line going right across and it is very annoying how can I get rid of this :sleepy:?

Could you please take a screen shot of the area involved. Snipping tool will work fine for this.Let us see what type of interference you have.

I did it over your sig from one line to another it just gets quite annoying I love to see my full browser. Thanks a lot

I had something similar. Try to unlock your taskbar and move it to the side and see if you have a sunscreen or something like that over your desktop picture. That's what I found on mine. It said sunguard on the bottom right side under where the date is on the desktop.I changed my picture and it went away.

Gave your problem more thought. Do you have a graphics card or a chipset, like Intel 945, or 950M
If its a chipset go to the Intel site and update your graphics chipset driver
Graphics card you would need to go to the manufactures site to download their latest driver.
After you have downloaded the correct driver go to device manager and update your driver.
It will ask if you want to go on line or browse your computer, Say browse and go to the downloaded file
Reboot after it finishes the install.
Done.
