Help Recovering Photos

Ok, so basically about an hour ago I emptied out my Recycle Bin, but I didn't realize there were a TON of pictures in it. I need you guys's help. How do I recover the photos I deleted? I already tried System Restore, which didn't help. By the way, my OS is s3200n and I have a 32-bit operating system.
