PLEASE HELP! language incorrect keyboard

I use the Spanish and Korean keyboard on my computer. I have a Windows vista home premium. It used to work, but now my Korean is types in English. I looked up the Korean keyboard properties, and the keyboard is labeled Korean, but it is actually english.

My spanish keyboard is set. Could someone please help !!
