Solved GRUB2 Boot manager

I have a big problem and it is that My brother went onto my laptop and downloaded ubuntu desktop edition and installed it as a sperate os which has installed GRUB2 or GRUB Boot manager i would like to know how do i get rid of GRUB tried deleting ubuntu but it ended up making me not being able to boot into anything help

Sorry about the very late reply, you have probably solved the problem by now. Boot into your Vista DVD, "Repair your Computer", and go into Command Prompt. Type
bootrec.exe /fixmbr

and the problem should be fixed!
