Windows Index Score Troubles?

About a week ago I brought my Dell Inspiron 530s to Geek Squad to get a new hardrive because my old one was failing and when I got the computer back the screen appeared to be a little blurry. So I looked into my index score and my "Graphics" and "Gaming Graphics" have a score of 1.0 while all the rest of the scores are normal. Why is this happening?

Also when I check my device manager and I look at my display adapters intel r g33 g31 express chipset family and it has a exclamation mark with a yellow around it. What's that supposed to mean?

Thanks Bare Foot Kid :] when when I right click on the adapter it says the exact same things as the one in your picture the only difference is yours has a green thing by the picture while mine has the yellow exclamation point :D

Display Adapters Code 12

On device manager my Intel r g33 g31 express chipset family has a yellow exclamation point which says. This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12)

If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system.

I'm using a Dell Inspiron 530s and I don't know how to fix this. Could anyone tell me step by step instructions on how to fix this issue.

This is most likely the reason my graphics are so bad but I don't know how to get past this. Could you help me with step by step instructions how to fix this. Please? And thank you :)
