Recovery Drive D is low on disk space, won't allow me to download programs

Recovery Drive d is low on disk space... It for some reason won't let me download programs or files. I tried to put Itunes on the computer and it won't let me. It has a pop up saying Not enough room on RECOVERY

Can anyone help???

I gave you directions on how to turn off. See my post. Turn if off, that deletes all points, but you may need one. Turn it back on, make a point and then see if you can install.

You turn on by doing the same in reverse.
The tutorial in the above post tells you how to turn on.
