want to go back to vista but my laptop didnt come with any disks!! help??

Hiya im not brilliant with computers so bear with me!

Ive had an e system 3090 for about 2 yrs and I had windows xp installed onto it, but I want to go back to vista which was origionally on the laptop. The problem is the laptop didnt come with any disks or manual!!!

Any ideas how I can do this?? If its even possible?!

What is the exact mfg and model of computer?

Hopefully we can still do a factory specs, change.

underneath the laptop there is a sticker with a barcode and a product key for vista home basic??

What I need is the mfg, Dell, Acer etc

and the model

xps420 etc.


Just give me the mfg if you do not know the model.
