My laptop continues to freeze up

My laptop has been freezing lately again. It usually happens when I've used it for a while. It's weird, because even though the screen in frozen, I can still use my mouse. I used some compressed air on the fans, and that helped a good bit, but my laptop still freezes up. I am forced to turn the power off, which I fear may make everything worse. I got a temperature thing for my sidebar, and it shows two temperatures for two different chips. The first one has small temperatures, but the second one has a really high temperature of 85% (Or it was. It went down when I took the pic). Here's a pic of what I'm talking about.

What's wrong with my laptop? Thanks in advanced.
