Hi,
Yesterday I completed a system restore using acer eRecovery management. I did this because my computer has been freezing randomly/failing to shut down/restart/start-up properly (reaching a certain point and getting a black screen), internet explorer kept "unexpectedly" shutting down etc..etc.. the whole thing seemed to be corrupt or something. So, I decided to complete a system backup and restore.
Firslty, I backed up all my files to the ( DATA F; )hard disk on my computer and then completed the system restore using as I said, Acer eRecovery management.
The system restore worked well however, when I tried to restore the backup filed I keep getting the following error message:
The disk containing the backup is not accessible. Please make sure it is turned on and connected to the computer.
I dont understand this because I can actually see and access all of my backup files as you can see from the screenshot below.
Can someone please help me restore my files....I'd really appreciate it.
Cheers
