Solved The acer recovery disc

I have a problem I want to get a hold of my recovery disc from acer and have vista again but the thing is I cant hold of the partion that acer has and I have tried to press alt f10 when it starts but it doesnt work, I have no OS on my computer right now does anyone know how I can get the partion to start?

I have an Acer aspire M1641.

Hi Sarah, If you don't have any kind of boot disc , there are a couple of alternatives.

Boot this Free PW Bootable CD allows user to boot computer directly ... and set the recovery partition active.

(Boot PW cd , in the main window ,Rt click the recovery partition select Modify>Set Active>click Apply )

Restart and acer recovery program should start up.

Any issues, boot the cd again and set the original active partition active again.

Otherwise, you could order another set of discs form Acer.
