Vista stuck in "Basic" theme

I downloaded an MMORPG called "Return of Warrior" a while ago, and it worked just fine. Whenever I would play a game in full screen, Vista would go into the Basic theme to run better (I assume, though I could be wrong) and when I was done playing the game it would go back to my Aero theme. I tried running Return of Warrior, and I got past the login window before the game starts, but then the whole thing didn't respond and exited out, leaving me in the Basic theme. I've tried restarting my PC 3 times already, but that doesn't work. I also tried using the Task Manager to end the process, but I couldn't figure out what it was I needed to end (I tried ending something called "winlogon.exe" but it wouldn't let me). I also tried uninstalling Return of Warrior, but that did not do anything. I even tried going into the Control Panel and manually switching the theme back, but Aero didn't show up?

What should I do?

Could be a ram problem. Go to search and type memory diagnostics and run the test

Go to device manager update video card and driver.

If you do not have sufficent ram Aero will not work.

I did the test and it said that there were no memory errors.

What do I click on when I'm in device manager? I see several things. Here's a pic if it helps.

I would like my name switched to "Flamzeron" please. The only difference is that I replaced the "m" with an "n", like how I had originally intended.
