cd burner won't burn help!

My driver is updated alright, I am using the same kinda a blanks as before..., and also dosen't to play dvd anymore.

laptop toshiba satellite 32bit. Will now only play cd music, no dvd no burning... fkn sucks.

If this has happened since you updated your driver then I would recommend rolling the driver back to the previous one. There is a tutorial on how to do this at http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/roll-back-troublesome-device-drivers-in-windows-vista/.

I hope this helps and post back with any results.
