[HELP] Can't play game and watch movie

Hi all,

I can't play Game and can't watch Movie in my Vista machine, it happens to all kind of games requiring to initialize the graphic, for example I play game like Plants vs Zombies, a screen with black screen will appear, and any windows moving about this game window, will leave a trace on the game window :

I have tried running the game as Administrator, to set compatibility mode to Windows XP SP 2. and it still not working, I even downloaded DirectX 10 and re-install it, but it still not working

Here are a few things to try:

Please download and run http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/176785-vistaforums-sysinfo-tool.html (Click on Select All, then click on the Windows logo). After it runs, export to a file and upload the file with your reply (see Vista Forums - FAQ: Reading and Posting Messages). Wouldn't hurt to review the rest of the FAQ while you're waiting for a reply.

Run System File Checker (see How to use the System File Checker tool to troubleshoot missing or corrupted system files on Windows Vista or on Windows 7).

Download and install Malwarebytes (Malwarebytes). Run a full scan (in Safe mode to make sure it doesn't have any conflicts with any other anti-virus/malware programs you run).

Try a Startup Repair http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/91467-startup-repair.html?filter[11]=Performance%20Maintenance.

Run a system Restore from a restore point prior to the time the problem started (http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/76905-system-restore-how.html?filter[11]=Backup%20Restore). You'll have to reinstall any updates or programs you've installed since then. Bear in mind that this might cause the problem to recur, so, if you know what caused it, don't reinstall that one. If you don't, reinstall one at a time and check to see if the problem recurs after each one.
