Hi guys, I need to do a complete factory reset on my Gateway. The restore discs that Gateway sent me no longer work (I've had to factory reset previously) and the OS disc that Gateway sent me isn't reading in my T-6835 laptop. Since I reset my hard drive previously, I don't have Gateway Recovery Manager.
I do have a recovery partition though, but I can't access it for some reason or another.
I have tried tapping alt + f10, f10, and r at the beginning but to no avail.
Any suggestions?
