Run Wscript x32 on Vista x64

Hi experts,

I have to run a wscript x32 on my Vista x64.
If I double-clic on it, I obtain an error.
The hotline said me that I have to run it with wscript/Cscript 3é bit, but I can't find the way to do it on my Vista x64.

does anyone could help me ?
