320 330 error trying to restore to Factory Settings

New Member
Had few crashes on my Sony Vaio with Vista HP 32 bit.
Possible registry problems.
Went to do a full restore to Factory defaults.
Did perform Format, but within restore it gives error 320 followed by 330.
Don't have recovery disks.
What are my options?

What's the model number of your Vaio; desktop or laptop?

You have a separate recovery partition?

You reformatted C: drive? Why? Did you reformat as part of the recovery process?
