Computor Will not sleep

I have discrovered that the relentless problem with my system is a

"NUIDIA nforce 10/100 mbps Ethernet"

which keeps waking up my computor, however i do not know how to stop it from doing this. It keeps entering sleep mode but then waking up again moments later, so i used to "powercfg lastwake" command to locate the problem. How do i stop it? :sarc:

You might see if the STEP SIX section in the tutorial below may apply to you issue to uncheck the Allow this device to wake the computer option in the Device Manager.
